I'm an experienced Technical Writer familiar with creating a broad variety of documentation types. I’m fluent with a wide range of document-creation tools, including the MS Office suite, Framemaker, PhotoShop, Adobe tools, revision-control software packages, and many other applications.

My background includes aviation and aerospace, software, manufacturing, education, cloud computing, healthcare, medical and HIPAA-related work, as well as copy-editing and customer-facing content.

I've developed training and course materials for end users, field personnel, corporate learning settings, and virtual classrooms (online e-learning). I've also worked with teams to migrate data from older/obsolete tools and applications to newer tools as they became available.

I'm familiar with several style guides, including the Chicago Manual of Style (CMS), the AP Style Guide, and the Microsoft Writing Style Guide among others.

I have experience in web authoring and publishing, including user authentication and authorization, security services, ecommerce, and user validation. I've written standard operating procedures (SOP), method of operation guides (MOP), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and customer-oriented documentation (help guides, FAQ systems, knowledge base design, and context-sensitive help). I also have experience with content management systems and the Adobe suite of tools.
